Case Studies
Proof of practice, not a hired demo account.
Every case study here starts in my own business first — the same one I'd point you to if you asked "does this actually work?"

Choosing — and building — this website
"As I was creating this business, looming large was the question of my website — which website builder to use, how to incorporate it into my umbrella brand with paths for real estate and advisory, the time it would take to build and keep it updated, incorporating a blog, appointment scheduling. The list seemed daunting and never-ending.
So I decided to get Claude's opinion. After asking me a few questions about needed functionality and some other things, it recommended a static site, built by Claude Code. I had never even opened Claude Code at this point and was a bit intimidated. But Claude walked me through it, and within a couple of hours I had 95% of the site built.
I love the site, and now I have the experience of going through it that I can share with future clients."

Building SheltonStudioRanch.com: when "just a website" got harder
"Shelton Studio Ranch is the online front door for a $10M, 9-lot luxury home community I'd personally secured as listing agent — video, live lot pricing and availability, not a static PDF three weeks stale by the time a buyer calls. A designer quoted me $15,000 to build it. I went back to Claude instead, the same way I had for GaffgaGroup.com — except this problem was harder: video woven into the experience, lot cards that stay accurate without me hand-editing HTML every time something changes.
It took 8-10 hours instead of a single afternoon, but the output was beyond what I expected, and the ranch's developer — my client on this listing — was elated. When a lot's price or status changes now, I just describe it to Claude and the site updates in five minutes. No developer, no invoice.
This is the proof that vibe coding isn't a one-trick demo for simple sites — it scales to real moving parts, proven against a real $15,000 quote, at a fraction of the cost."

Engineering an AI-native lead lifecycle — without a developer
"Most 'AI for real estate' pitches amount to a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. I wanted a full lead lifecycle — generation, intake, follow-up, conversion — built for my own business first, using only AI skills, connectors, and browser automation. No developer, no code. If it couldn't survive one person building it alone, it wasn't worth selling to other agents.
Lead intake taught me the most: the tempting build was one automation wired to one ad form. Testing with real leads caught a filter condition silently rejecting every submission — invisible unless you deliberately try to break it before real ad spend goes live. Lead conversion was the hardest problem of all — four different approaches failed testing before I found what worked: a conversational daily briefing I can ask 'which leads look ready for a human?' and a custom escalation trigger, instead of a toggle that muted messages with no signal anything had gone quiet.
The result: a working ad-to-CRM pipeline with no per-campaign maintenance, and a conversion design tested honestly enough to know what not to build. That's the same discipline I bring to other independent agents — not 'add AI everywhere,' but reasoning where it earns its keep, automation that fails loudly instead of silently, and a human kept at the one decision that deserves one."
