Who this policy covers

This site is operated by Gaffga Group Advisors, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), founded by Ken Gaffga. This policy applies to gaffgagroup.com, including the Advisors section and blog.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit directly through this site — nothing is collected passively beyond standard web server logs. The forms on this site ask for:

• Free Clarity Call / Contact forms: name, business name, email, phone number, business type, and whatever you write in the free-text fields.
• Chat assistant: the multiple-choice answers you tap (your business type, team size, what's prompting the inquiry, and timeline), plus your name, email, and optional phone number if you choose to share them.
• Decision Map call recordings: if you book a Decision Map, the live call is recorded with your consent. We use the recording only to prepare your summary, and we do not share it. If you'd like a recording deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
• Scheduling a call: handled directly by Calendly, a third-party service — see "Third-party services" below.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to respond to you — whether that's a Free Clarity Call, a scheduled call, a Decision Map, or a general inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not use it for anything beyond the conversation you initiated.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of outside services to run this site and respond to you:

• Netlify Forms — processes and delivers form submissions from this site to us. See Netlify's privacy policy.
• Calendly — handles call scheduling if you book a time directly. See Calendly's privacy policy.
• Granola: an AI note-taking tool we use to record and transcribe Decision Map calls, with your consent, so we can prepare your summary. See Granola's privacy policy.

These services process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices, which we encourage you to review.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand overall traffic patterns — which pages get visited, roughly how people found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed. It does not receive anything you type into our forms. If you use the chat assistant, Google Analytics also records which buttons you tap (for example, your business type), but never your name, email, or phone number. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's "do not track" / cookie-blocking settings. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles this data.

This site also runs the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which helps us understand how LinkedIn visitors use the site and, if we run LinkedIn ads in the future, measure how they perform. It uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and pages visited; it does not receive anything you type into our forms. See LinkedIn's privacy policy, and LinkedIn's own Insight Tag opt-out guidance, for how to manage this. We do not currently run any other advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel); if that changes, this section will be updated first.

Data retention

We keep submitted information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kengaffga@icloud.com and we'll respond directly — no automated process, a real reply from a real person.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — most likely because we add an analytics tool or a new third-party service — we'll update the date at the top of this page and describe the change here.
