Who this policy covers

This site is operated by Gaffga Group Advisors, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), founded by Ken Gaffga. This policy applies to gaffgagroup.com, including the Advisors section and blog.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit directly through this site — nothing is collected passively beyond standard web server logs. The forms on this site ask for:

• Free Diagnosis / Contact forms: name, business name, email, phone number, business type, and whatever you write in the free-text fields.
• Scheduling a call: handled directly by Calendly, a third-party service — see "Third-party services" below.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to respond to you — whether that's a free diagnosis, a scheduled call, or a general inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not use it for anything beyond the conversation you initiated.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of outside services to run this site and respond to you:

• Netlify Forms — processes and delivers form submissions from this site to us. See Netlify's privacy policy.
• Calendly — handles call scheduling if you book a time directly. See Calendly's privacy policy.

These services process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices, which we encourage you to review.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand overall traffic patterns — which pages get visited, roughly how people found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed. It does not receive anything you type into our forms. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's "do not track" / cookie-blocking settings. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles this data. We do not currently run any advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel); if that changes, this section will be updated first.

Data retention

We keep submitted information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kengaffga@icloud.com and we'll respond directly — no automated process, a real reply from a real person.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — most likely because we add an analytics tool or a new third-party service — we'll update the date at the top of this page and describe the change here.
