Then I built a real estate practice from scratch and spent 13 years in the top 3% nationally — $90 million in sales, 150 transactions, with a luxury and custom-home track record.

Somewhere in there I noticed the same pattern I used to fix in $300 million businesses showing up in my own: there's always one thing quietly capping growth, and most people are working around it instead of on it.
